We had a mind-blowing experience at this hotel! The staff were super attentive and helpful, the room was jaw-droppingly comfortable and spacious with great facilities like a coffee machine. Plus, free on-site parking was a huge relief. The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis after a long day of driving. The young trainee staff, along with their seniors, provided excellent hospitality. And the buffet at the restaurant was a fantastic way to try out different pieces of French food. We also received a surprising upgrade due to a dance party at the hotel. this place exceeded all our expectations and is a perfect choice for business travelers.

Absolutely mind-blowing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The clean and well-presented room had a comfortable bed that was like sleeping on a cloud. The free on-site parking was a great convenience. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool, which was super enticing and refreshing after a long day of driving. The young trainees and senior staff provided exceptional hospitality, making us feel welcomed and cared for. The food was good, with a fantastic breakfast that had an extraordinary choice of options. Although we didn't get to use the spa facilities, we can only imagine that they would be as fantastic as the rest of the hotel. The overall experience was simply superb and we can't wait to visit again.

Hotel Vatel is quite a strange place. It is really more of a training school than a hotel where customers are incidental. The reality is certainly nothing like the website. Having said that the rooms were very comfortable. The pool area was a bit tatty but our children loved it because there were chests of floatibles for the pool. I didn't try the spa for treatments so I can't comment on that. The main issue was the that the common areas were quite scruffy. Definitely not a four star or a three star for that matter. Perhaps good value if you have to stay around Nimes for one night and you just want a bed and breakfast.

I always return to my favorite hideaway. The staff kindly returned my forgotten sim cards during my first stay. Hotel & Spa Vatel has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, restaurant, indoor pool, jacuzzi, and more. Perfect for my romantic escape.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with exceptional staff who were very kind and helpful. The room was clean, silent and comfortable, providing me with a superb shower. The breakfast had an extraordinary choice. This hotel is in a perfect location close to the motorway junction, making it a very good solution for business travelers.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

We had a delightful stay at a hotel that prides itself on training hoteliers. The staff, especially one helpful trainee, went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. The modern room was clean and equipped with a coffee machine. The highlight of our stay was the top floor restaurant, where the food was outstanding and presented with Michelin star quality. Despite a few minor shortcomings, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The size of the room and the balcony and bathroom. The shutters on the windows so that it was very conducive to sleeping at night. The soundproofing was excellent. We slept like logs.
It was far from the town.

Good food.
Student run hotel located across the street from very seedy looking public housing. Dirty, run down building. Dusty / musty smell in room. Students very nice but have not a clue about how to handle guests. Spa is a disaster, dirty. Now towels for spa, told that they ran out and told by staff not to expect much because it is a student run hotel and spa.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, without exception. Liked that they had my very favourite champagne, Billecart Salmon rose, and not a crazy price. We ate in the gourmet restaurant on the top floor and the food was exquisite, and sophisticated. Our room was stylish, with a terrace we enjoyed. Really classy bathroom.
I chose the hotel because it had a jacuzzi, and it was closed for health reasons. Did nt spoil our stay.
